TL;DR: Loved my stay at this beautiful property in West Delhi. The staff was super helpful, the food was great, and the facilities like the gym and pool were top-notch. Definitely a good pick if you want a balance between luxury and convenience. Though some metro work is happening so entry is bit hard to find. Room (4/5): The rooms were spacious and had big windows with a great view. Comfortable and clean—everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. Service (5/5): The staff was fantastic. Really supportive and made sure everything was taken care of. They were always around to help, which made the stay even better. Breakfast / Food (5/5): The food was delicious! Breakfast had a lot of options, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. Overall, the food and dining experience here is really solid. Ambience (5/5): The hotel's ambience is just beautiful—super relaxing and well-kept. Loved spending time at the gym, spa, and pool. It’s definitely a place you can unwind and enjoy.

I stayed for 2 nights at the property it was a lovely stay the staff was very good as per my request they helped my with the top floor my room 1211 was completely as per my need the front office staff neetu was so good in her work really appreciated that and i would like to mention the housekeeping staff harish kothari and vivek kumar for making my stay memorable they both were so good they during my stay they make sure my room is ready and cleaned when ever i leave for work they rearranged my room which i lover and really appreciate and i like to mention the lady staff at the gate she always greated me with a smile on her face and with a sweet tone toh greetings though i don’t remember the names but the restaurant staff always helped with my needs and with my food really appreciated the hard work of every single member for making my stay remembering except the lift take too long to go to 12th floor that was tiring 😂 just kidding and i will make surer when ever i vist west delhi radisson is my first choice

Facilities were easily accessible via app and calls were answered immediately for all services even at late nights. We were provided the best room with an awesome view. Food was really great and quantity was sufficient for two. Drinking water was available 24x7 in glass bottles. Dialling numbers for services was easy as the phone had icons related to the various services. The room and the entire hotel was hygienic including the lobby washrooms. Highly recommended for families and couples.

The receptionist during our stay, Anushi was very kind, sweet and approachable, and even offered us a complimentary upgrade due to room inconveniences - we were happy with her and the rest of the staff - they even prepared a little cake during the morning breakfast for a birthday in our family and helped celebrate - thus overall very happy with the staff. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable and most little needs were covered. Overall, a very good and memorable stay.

The hotel was nice, it is not the top of the top in terms of the age of hotel and its looks, you can see it has been some years since the opening... But it doesn´t make any problems. The rooms were pretty quiet, no problems with water or anything. We liked the restaurant in the hotel as well. The check-in was fine, as well as the check-out.
